He epitomizes pure mettle carrying old head on young shoulders. Dreaming is his way of life and to be precise he gave rural folks of Bhikhiwind a position of Pride and self-believe. He always wanted to be in a position to see the results, to see the things happen for the better. He has not been a passive observer or procrastination. He has always been doer by nature and even he has to face challenges He makes choices and stick to them, come what may. Sometimes when it comes to the crux he politely dissolves the problem in his own peculiar "matter-of-fact" way by interpreting the rules of his choice.

Sensitive Engineering education with mind, body and spirit is giving students wide choices, proper guidance and security. So as they may grow and bloom fully. He has been abundantly rewarded by many organizations.He felt fulfilled and exceedingly challenged. Challenges do come when you ask for more courses like B.Ed. and Diploma in Pharmacy this year. Challenges give experience and he gets results and satisfaction.

What he has  done is so far is absolutely what he wanted to. He believes in going to the extreme end to achieve his goal. He knows what he can do and always yearns to do better. If one is looking for challenges; there should be no regrets. In short he has carried all the roles in life with adeptness an fitness.

In life one is a friend, a professional, a buddy, a father, a son, a relative- so many things combined together. This is what nature expects of us- the software is all there provided by divinity. But time constrain is there - it needs to be prioritized. He feels happy in providing training to the underprivileged through organizations like IT and sewing centers or the like. The institutions under his control have carved out  niche for themselves in the area of engineering education since its inception.
