The industry requires its work force to have a wide and diverse range of skills. We want our budding engineers to be endowed with the problem solving skills, breadth and depth of technical knowledge, expertise in tools of analysis, synthesis, stimulation and optimization. Industrial tours and visite\s providing students with wide experience of the application of academic studies are under-taken. The college is committed to enable its students to gain skills for expanding knowledge and learning strategies.

Comprehensive programmes have been carefully strategised and evaluated for student's placement. This enables the students who yearn for better and suitable appointments without running from pillar to post. The students are apprised of the opportunities and the experienced faculty plays a dominant role in guiding the students. The college placement cell is headed by a training and Placement officer and assisted to Mr. Zahid Ali. They look after the industrial liason and coordination. As such, the Institute maintains good contacts with reputed industrial houses in the areas of fabrication, operation and maintenance, service providing and R&D design. The visits to different destinations are conducted to have first-hand knowledge of market positions. This enables our students to get two months short-term training after the fourth semester and six months full semester training after the fifth semester in reputed industries and provides them opportunity to sell themselves. The followig reputed industries have been earmarked for the training and their constent received.
