Seminars and workshops are conducted on current topics regularly for the benefit of students and faculty members. Following seminars & workshops were conducted recently.

 

The Art of Living Camp
A ten-day (25 July-03 Aug, 2003) "The Art of Living" camp was organized during summer vacation where some boys & girls from different places of Himachal Pradesh and Punjab participated. Shri Vonod Khanna MP, Minister of Tourism, Govt. of India visited the camp and blessed the campus.

	TWO DAY WORKSHOP ON METHODS OF TEACHING IN ENGINEERING INSTITUTES(1-2 NOV. 2003)
	Dr. Muthia was the cheif resource person at the workshop. Dr. Sadhu Singh, Former Director Colleges PTU delivered the keynote address at the workshop.
	TRAINING PROGRAMME FOR 'PREPARING STUDENTS FOR JOB INTERVIEWS' (24, 26 NOV. 2003)
	A three day training programme on the afore said topic was conducted in collaboration with the faculty members of National Institute of Technical Teachers Tarining & Research (formely TTTI), Chandigarh. Dr.(Ms.) P.K. Tulsi and Dr.(Ms.) H.K. Gill from the Institute were the main resource persons at the programme.
	Mr. Pranav Punj of Level Up and Co, Ranga Rock, Mumbai visited the B. Pharmacy Deptt. and gave a lecture on Scope of Pharmacy and MBA to the students and staff of the College on 12th Nov, 2004.
	Experts from GNA-IMT, Mr. Bikramjit Singh and Mr. Navdeep Singh gave a seminar in CAD/CAM to our staff and students of Mech. Engg on 22nd Feb, 2005
